Thunder’s origins are shrouded in mystery. This super powered horse befriended Major Mapleleaf and the two became inseparable. For an unknown reason they became heroes battling the forces of evil, but kept the secret pretending Major Mapleleaf was the one with the powers instead of Thunder. Unbeknownst to the public, Alpha Flight or Department H, Thunder formed his own league of super-pets. Thunder's powers are internally generated bio-centric powers including blasts, invulnerability, strength enhancement and gravitational negation.

SFX: Area Attack. Target multiple opponents. For every additional target, add D6 and keep an additional effect die.
SFX: Bucking. Against a single target double Superhuman Strength, then shutdown this SFX. Recover by activating an opportunity.
SFX: Invulnerable. Spend 1 PP/a doom die to ignore physical stress or trauma results unless caused by mystical attacks.
SFX: Take the Hit. Spend 1 PP/a D6 doom die to take physical stress intended for a nearby ally or friend.
Limit: Mount. Shut down Affiliation dice, Distinctions and Specialties of Thunder. Add its power set to a character. Thunder has its own physical stress track. Physical stress received by a character riding Thunder may be shifted to physical stress for Thunder for free. If it becomes stressed out shut down Thunder. Shutdown Thunder and gain 1 PP/add a D6 doom die or step up the lowest die in the doom pool. Take a recovery action to reactivate Thunder.
Limit: Mutant Animal. Gain 1 PP/Step up the lowest die in the doom pool, or add a D6 doom die when affected by mutant- or animal-specific Milestones and tech.
