Wilbur Day stole designs from engineer Carl Kaxton and used them to engineered a pair of extremely long, telescopic metal legs, which allowed him to tower high over the ground as the super-villain called Stilt-Man. His armored suit's telescoping legs could extend up to 290 feet. A silicon coating resisted adhesives such as Spider-Man's webbing. The suit also granted the wearer a measure of enhanced strength.

Enhanced Strength D8, Stretching D8, Superhuman Durability D10, Weapon D6
