- IMHOTEP'S SHIELD
There had been a huge war at the dawn of civilization between a brood-infested great pharaoh of the upper and lower kingdom of Egypt facing the Egyptian genius Imhotep, the founder of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Imhotep carried a shield emblazoned with an icon that would become the symbol of the future S.H.I.E.L.D. organization.
LEGENDARY BRONZE SHIELD
Enhanced Durability D8, Weapon D6
SFX: Shield Bash. On a successful reaction against an edged or blunt attack action, inflict physical stress with your effect die at no PP cost or spend a PP to step it up by +1.
SFX: Shield Throw. Step up and double Weapon for one action, then shutdown Bronze Shield. Activate an opportunity to recover Weapon.
SFX: This Is Not How The World Ends. Step up or double any power for one action against a foe with a D12 power. If that action fails, add a D10 to the doom pool. If the action is successful shutdown this SFX. Reactivate power during a transition scene.
Limit: Gear. Shutdown Bronze Shield to gain 1 PP/step up the lowest die in the doom pool or add a D6 doom die. Activate an opportunity to recover that power.
