- CORONET OF ENCHANTMENT
The Coronet of Enchantment is a mystical headband that can only be worn by certain people. Only the chosen one can draw it from the Medicine Pouch of a powerful Shaman. The chosen becomes the Talisman, a mortal channel through which the gods can fight. One of the strongest magical users in the universe, the Talisman is a director of forces, not a combatant. Its power is for guiding things, not destroying them. The wearer of the Talisman no longer needs to eat nor sleep. Should the bearer of the Talisman attempt to remove it, they experience great pain. Only by transferring the Talisman to its rightful owner one can escape the pain. The Talisman is the breaker of Dark Spells, the one who binds all evil.
CORONET OF ENCHANTMENT
Mystic Resistance D10, Psychic Resistance D10, Spirit Control D12
SFX: Binder of Spirits. When creating spirit-based assets, complications or resources, add a D6 to your Spirit Control power and step up the effect die.
SFX: Exorcise Spirits. When banishing a demonic or spiritual being, add a D6 to your Spirit Control power and step up the effect die.
SFX: Immunity. Ignore stress, trauma, or complications caused by fatigue, hunger, or thirst.
SFX: Magic Cancelation. Take a reaction against a Sorcery-based power or SFX to cancel its effect. If unsuccessful, you may spend 1 PP to cancel its effect.
SFX: Wisdom of Spirits. Step up the wearer’s Mystic specialty. Spend 1 PP to step up or double the wearer’s Sorcery power for one action.
Limit: Pain of Removal. Shutdown Coronet of Enchantment and take D10 mental stress to gain 1 PP. Take an action against the doom pool to recover.
Limit: Worthiness. As long as Coronet of Enchantment is active, the wearer gets a D8 Missing Humanity emotional complication if not chosen by the Northern Gods. Shut down Coronet of Enchantment, if the wearer does not fulfill the following prerequisites: Sorcery D8 or higher, First Nation tribe member, or spiritual being.
