- ATLANTEAN WHALE SHIP (2D10)
As their name suggests, Atlantean Whale Ships were submarines, molded after the form of a whale. They were ideal for sneak attacks against opposing naval vessels. From a distance, they looked no different than a normal whale, making them the perfect Trojan Horses. Whale Ships often worked in tandem with the Atlantean Shark Ships, which shared nearly the same purpose and functionality.
Disguise D6, Sonar D6, Superhuman Durability D10, Swim D8, Weapon Systems D8
SFX: Area Attack. Against multiple targets, for each additional target add D6 and keep an additional effect die.
SFX: Atlantean Reinforcements. Spend a D8 doom die to add two affiliation dice to a mob of Atlanteans, to a maximum of 8D6.
SFX: Heavily Reinforced. Spend a doom die to ignore physical stress or trauma.
SFX: Save Inside. Physical stress received by a character inside the vehicle may be shifted to physical stress for the vehicle.
SFX: Torpedo. Step up or double Weapon Systems on your next roll, or spend a doom die to do both, then shutdown this SFX. Recover by activating an opportunity or during a Transition Scene.
Limit: Vehicle. Atlantean Whale Ship has its own physical stress track. If it becomes stressed out shut down Atlantean Whale Ship. Shutdown Atlantean Whale Ship to add a D8 doom die, or step up the lowest die in the doom pool. Take a recovery action to reactivate.
